FIELD: motors and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to convert electric power into pressure energy of the liquid, ensuring synchronization of the pistons of piezopump in antiphase. A method of synchronizing pistons of piezopump is that in case of difference of velocities of the pistons piezopump module to synchronize their movements in the opposite control system keeps track of the current values of the speed of each piston piezopump mod. At a signal from the error of their velocity increases the duty cycle of electricity applied to the piezoelectric elements of the package piezopump whose velocity greater than the speed modulo modulo opposing pistons piezopump on the length of time after which the pistons piezopump arrive at the extreme points of convergence or divergence at the same time.

EFFECT: synchronization of the pistons piezopump in antiphase to reduce the vibration of the pump housing.
