SUBSTANCE: invention relates to system of hot asphalt recycling. Hot asphalt recycling include insulated case with closed volume; at least one transmission channel RAP material within housing. Channel comprises plurality of transmitting plates arranged at regular intervals. Outside air channel encircles specified channel. Storage tank formed inside housing, it is kept at certain temperature RAP, so as to maintain its temperature. Discharging device for discharging hot RAP material located within storage tank in desired environment for RAC, which will be used in production of both layers of asphalt (bituminous binder or base) of RAP material. Apparatus includes inner air duct disposed in interior volume of housing between input air duct, enables input of primary hot air into housing with outside air channel and at least portion of which is in close proximity to transmission line for lengthening way which passes hot air within housing, and thus to effectively transfer heat circulating inside housing to RAP. Mixer mixes RAP, exiting from discharge mechanism, new bitumen at predetermined amount and, optionally, at least one chemical additive in predetermined period of time to obtain RAC from hot RAP, accumulated in storage tank, regardless of setting for preparation of asphalt.
EFFECT: recycling asphalt.
