SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biochemistry. Disclosed is a radioactive metal-labelled anti-P-cadherin antibody produced by binding a radioactive metallic element to an anti-P-cadherin antibody through a metal-chelating agent. Also, presented are antibody-producing cells for producing the disclosed antibody, deposited under Nos. NITE BP-897, NITE BP-898, NITE BP-899, NITE BP-1040, NITE BP-1044, NITE BP-1048, NITE BP-1049, NITE BP-1050. The invention provides the radioactive metal-labelled anti-P-cadherin antibody, which is highly specifically collected in a malignant tissue. Besides, a medicinal agent for a malignant tumour, having a high effect on the malignant tumour and safety, and a diagnostic agent for the malignant tumour are provided.
EFFECT: presented are the agents and methods of treating and diagnosing a malignant tumour.
