FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to contrast agents for increasing contrast of rendered image in MRI-diagnostics of liver and can be used in experimental and clinical studies. Haptotropic magnetic resonance contrast agent contains microspheres with diameter from 1 to 3 mcm, coating of which is made of biodegradable polymers of polylactides or polylactideglycolides, and the inner volume of the microspheres is filled with gel-forming polysaccharide containing water-soluble chelate complex on the basis of gadolinium Gd3+ with a disodium salt of gadopentetic acid, with the following ratio of components: chelate complex of gadolinium: biodegradable polymer: gel-forming polysaccharide 1:2.0-2.4:0.3-0.5, respectively.
EFFECT: invention can be used in experimental and clinical studies.
