Abstract RU 2756753 C2

FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is described, including a particle for the treatment and/or diagnostics of an inflammatory disease containing bilirubin conjugated with a hydrophilic molecule; and a metal atom connected by coordination bonds to at least one group selected from a carboxyl group, lactam group and pyrrole ring of the specified bilirubin, the use of the above-mentioned particle for the treatment of cancer, the use of the above-mentioned particle as a contrast agent for image diagnostics, and the use of the above-mentioned particle for the detection of reactive oxygen species (ROS). In one embodiment, the particle contains a metal atom selected from Cu, Ga, Rb, Zr, Y, Tc, In, Ti, Gd, Mn, Fe, Au, Pt, Pd, Ag, Co, Zn, Gd, Mo, Ni, Cr, Na, K, Rb, Cs, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Ra and lanthanide.

EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of drugs containing bilirubin for the treatment of inflammatory diseases.
