FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for pre-treatment and further transportation and plastification of polymers. Device comprises a hopper with a mixing and/or grinding rotating around an axis. In side wall of hopper there is a hole, through which polymer material is unloaded. Conveyor is provided with a rotary screw in housing. Housing is divided into two chambers, from which front chamber has a feed opening, and rear chamber at least one degassing hole for gas removal and an outlet opening. Both chambers are linked by a channel, in which there is a filter for melt. Imaginary extension of longitudinal axis of conveyor runs against transport direction of conveyor past axis of rotation. Longitudinal axis of on outlet side is offset from radial of hopper, which is parallel to longitudinal axis. Length (L) of screw in front chamber is 10-40 times, and distance from inlet of channel in rear chamber to degassing hole is 1.5-15 times nominal diameter (d) of screw.

EFFECT: invention provides high efficiency of processing materials.
