SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing juice with girasol puree produced by processing ground girasol bulbs in the microwave field in two stages. At the first stage of treatment is carried out at specific power of electromagnetic field 180-300 W/dm³ for 30-40 seconds, and the second stage-at specific power of electromagnetic field 360-450 W/dm³ for 40-60 seconds following with mashing. Juice is represented by apple or orange juice, during mixing fructose is added while mixing is carried out in the following proportions, wt%: fruit juice-20-25; girasol puree-15-20; fructose-1-3; drinking water - the rest.

EFFECT: invention ensures production of beverage with a strongly pronounced hypoglycemic properties, which can be positioned as diabetic.
