FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnostics of electrical equipment and enables to estimate technical state and residual life of electric motor and associated mechanical equipment by recording instantaneous values of vibrations, noise, temperature by means of sensors with subsequent diagnostics and forecasting of technical state and evaluation of residual resource of electric motor, implemented program with wireless transmission of diagnostic data to server, at that, with installation of the device on the motor housing and self-contained power supply. Device for diagnosing and evaluating residual life of electric motors includes functional diagnostics unit, residual life calculation unit, temperature sensors and vibration sensors, outputs of which are connected to functional diagnostics unit. Device additionally comprises at least two noise sensors, outputs of which are connected to inputs of functional diagnostics unit and prediction unit, which outputs are connected to input unit of residual resource calculation, output of which is connected to input of transmitter, which is connected via wireless communication channel with server and through it to mobile device.

EFFECT: high diagnostic compatibility of the diagnostic system owing to the possibility of diagnosing electromechanical systems and collecting information on the actual state of the electric motor and the associated mechanical equipment, storage and processing of statistical information on a server with minimum element base and absence of power and communication wires.
