SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and instrument making and can be used in whatever industry. Reducing second-type bearing includes outer race (1) and inner race (2) with races, located between them and made as two-step rollers installed in cage sockets. Diameter of larger step (3) of rollers contacts with race of external ring (2), and diameter of smaller step (4) of rollers contacts with race of internal ring (1). Diameters of races of external and internal rings (1) and (2) and diameters of larger and smaller steps (3) and (4) of the roller are in proportional relationship. Ratio Dr1/dr1=k is equal to any number within permitted, and the ratio dr1= (D-d)/(k+1), where Dr1 is the diameter of larger step (3) of the roller bearing, which is calculated from the formula Dr1=kdr1 with due allowance for preliminary calculated diameter dr1; dr1 is the diameter of smaller step (4) of the roller bearing; D is diameter of race of the external ring (1) of the bearing; d is diameter of raceway of inner race (2) of the bearing; k - coefficient of reduction of the roller, a rotation frequency of stepped roller relative to the bearing axis during rolling roller bearing outer ring roller path in comparison with standard bearing equal to from one to several units selected independently on needs.

EFFECT: increase in k times of rotation frequency of the external ring of bearing relative to its fixed internal ring at same speed of rollers relative to the bearing axis, longer life time of bearing operation to k times at same speed of the external ring, reduced rollers slippage.
