SUBSTANCE: first type reinforced reduction radial bearing contains an outer ring (1) with a possible flange on each of the two sections of the raceway and an inner ring (2) with a possible flange in the center of the raceway, raceway bodies located between them in the form of the two-stage rollers mounted in the separator sockets, and riveting rings (6) in the form of a cylindrical sleeve with outer flanges. The larger diameter steps (3) of the rollers with possible grooves for the flanges and the cylindrical holes (5) for the smaller diameter step (4) are rolled along the raceway of the inner ring (2), and the smaller diameter steps (4) with the obligatory grooves for the flanges are rolled along the raceway of the outer ring (1). The diameters of the larger (3) and smaller (4) roller steps are calculated by the formulas Dr=kdr, dr=(D-d)/(1+k); the bearing reduction coefficient is calculated by the formula , where D and d are the diameters of the outer (1) and the inner (2) raceway rings, Dr and dr are the larger (3) and smaller (4) diameters of the roller steps, s is the bearing reduction coefficient, k - the roller reduction coefficient, z - the larger step diameter ratio (3) of the reduction bearing roller to the diameter of the standard bearing roller with the same diameters of the raceways. In each smaller step section of the rollers, a cylindrical ring (6) is installed with smaller outer flanges from one piece, which secure the ring position (6) between the rollers, and impart additional rigidity to the ring (6).

EFFECT: increasing the maximum load on the known reduction and bearing designs with stepped first type rollers, increasing the bearing reduction coefficient, increasing the bearing life reduced due to metal fatigue in the rollers, caused by the tendency of the rollers to move relative to each other under the outer load.
