The diameters of the larger (3) and smaller (4) roller steps are calculated by the formulas dr=(D-d)/(1+k), Dr=kdr; the reduction coefficient of the bearing is calculated by the formula , where D and d are the diameters of the raceways of the outer (1) and inner (2) rings, Dr and dr - the diameters of the larger (3) and smaller (4) roller steps, s - the bearing reduction coefficient, k - the roller reduction coefficient, and z - the ratio of the larger roller stage diameter (3) to the standard roller diameter with the same diameter of the ring tracks. In each segment of the smaller step (4) of the rollers (3), a cylindrical ring (6) is mounted with smaller inner steps, with inner flanges from one piece, fixing the position of the ring (6) on the rollers (3) and imparting additional rigidity to the ring.

EFFECT: increasing the maximum load on the known reduction bearing designs with stepped first type rollers, increasing the bearing reduction coefficient, increasing the bearing life reduced due to metal fatigue in the rollers, caused by the tendency of the rollers to move relative to each other under the outer load.
