FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: second type reinforced reduction radial thrust bearing contains an outer ring (1) with a possible flange in the center of the tapered raceway, an inner ring (2) with a possible flange on each of the two sections of the conical raceway, the raceway bodies located between them in the form of the two-stage tapered rollers installed in the separator cavities, and tightening rings (6) in the form of a conical sleeve with internal flanges from one piece. Steps of a larger diameter (3) of the rollers with possible grooves for the flanges are rolled along the raceway of the outer ring (1), and steps of smaller diameter (4) with obligatory grooves for the flanges are rolled along the raceway of the inner ring (1), having a groove for the larger step (3) of the roller passing therein. The larger step (3) of the roller has a cylindrical hole (5) for mounting a smaller step (4) of the roller therein. On each of the two sections of the smaller step (4) of the rollers, a tapering smaller ring (6) with inner flanges from one piece is installed, fixing the position of the ring (6) between the rollers and imparting additional rigidity to the ring.

EFFECT: increasing the maximum load on the known models of the second type reduction radial thrust bearings and bearings with second type radial thrust stepped rollers, increasing the limit value of the bearing reduction coefficient, increasing the bearing life, decreasing due to metal fatigue in the rollers for striving the shift of the roller steps relative to each other under the external load, eliminating the possibility of moving the rollers along its own rotation axis.
