FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: radial thrust bearing of first type comprises an external ring (1) and an internal ring (2) with races, rolling bodies located between them and made as two-step cone rollers installed in cage sockets, their larger diameter steps (3) contact with race of the external ring (1), and smaller diameter steps (4) contact with race of its internal ring (2). Diameters of bases of the roller steps are proportional to the distance from base to top of the bearing cone. Expressions for diameters of bases of the roller steps are as follows: Dr/dr=k; Dr1=Dr/cosα; Dr2=Dr1*(⎪OB⎪-H)/⎪OB⎪; dr1=dr2*(⎪OB⎪+h)/⎪OB⎪; dr2=dr/cosα; dr3=dr2*(⎪OB⎪-H)/⎪OB⎪; dr4=dr2*(⎪OB⎪-H-h)/⎪OB⎪, where Dr is diameter of larger step of roller of reducing radial bearing of first type being base (base bearing) for making and calculation of the reducing radial thrust bearing of first type; dr is diameter of smaller step of roller of base bearing; k is reducing factor of base cylindrical and cone rollers; Dr1, Dr2 are diameters of bases of larger step of roller of reducing radial thrust bearing; dr1, dr2, dr3, dr4 are diameters of bases of collars of smaller step of roller of reducing radial thruster bearing; α is angle between vectors of force Fr of radial load on bearing and vector of sum of vectors of forces Fr and Fi of axial load; |OB| is section connecting focal point of lines on external and internal races, lines of larger and smaller steps of roller and center of base of roller with radius Dr1; H is width of larger step of roller; h is width of collars of lower step of roller.

EFFECT: increased speed of rotation of bearing internal ring relatively to fixed external ring by several timers without increasing of speed of rotation of rollers, reduced consumption of fuel or power in bearing drive, multiple increasing of the service life of the bearing rotating with speed of comparable standard bearing with decreased noise level.
