FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: rotors arranged with clearance between the housing and the said rotors are fitted in the sections of the engine and compressor. The claimed engine incorporates the systems that follow, i.e. air feed system, fuel injection system, fuel mix ignition system, exhaust gas discharge system, bearing and gear lubrication system and the engine rotor blade air and water cooling system. The claimed engine comprises a set of channels for the housing components sealing composition to be injected therein. The said rotors are fitted on three shafts. The rotors are fitted at different levels. A detachable permanent-volume combustion chamber is arranged outside the engine rotor expansion area. The compressor auxiliary rotor is arranged above the other shafts while its revolution area is communicated with the combustion chamber. The engine smaller rotor is composed of the cylinder that doubles as the slide valve arranged between the combustion chamber and expansion area. The engine smaller rotor is provided with channels for the discharge of hot gases from the combustion chamber into the engine rotor revolution area. Water is injected into the latter to up the pressure at the expansion stroke and to cool down the vanes. The engine comprises a pressure-release valve.
