FIELD: medicine; laparoscopic surgery.
SUBSTANCE: penetrating puncture is made in abdominal cavity. Retractor is introduced into ancillary space of abdominal cavity through the puncture. Due to extension of abdominal wall, operational space is made inside abdominal cavity. Shape and volume of the space is formed by moving finger of retractor of used device. Device has instrument holder with three degree of freedom, fixer and retractor provided with mechanism for moving finger to lift abdominal cavity from inside. Instrument holder is provided with ball support; straight end of retractor's finger is disposed in axial hole of the support. Support is mounted onto plate for adjustment of height and is directed to spinal column. Retractor's finger is capable of longitudinal motion and turn.
EFFECT: reduced traumatism; ability of correction and adjustment of operational space volume.
