SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. A device for individual's eye surgery comprising a laser apparatus that is configured to generate pulsed focused laser light and make a corneal incision of a pre-set profile including the first incision separating the corneal tissue to be removed; the corneal incision is made by means of the laser light and monitored by a control program. Making the first incision requires controlling the laser light focus travel in the line of the laser light propagation; while forming the pre-set profile of the incision, the control program makes it possible to advance the laser light focus successively into multiple mutually overlaid planes, in each of which the laser light focus can travel with no need for controlling the focus in the line of the laser light propagation; the control program makes it possible to advance the laser light focus in every plane mentioned above in a meander scan path going beyond the above tissue at least within the segments of scan direction variations; the control program makes it possible to deliver at least those laser light pulses, which are used to make the first incision, into the eye, every plane above and blank at least a part of all the laser light pulses corresponding to those segments of the meander scan path, which are spaced from the first incision, at least in a part of the above planes.
EFFECT: group of inventions is expected to make 3D-profiled incisions over a short period of time.
