SUBSTANCE: device for refractive correction comprises: a laser module configured to form a lenticule in the eye by means of pulsed laser radiation in the form of multiple ultrashort pulses and containing controllable components configured to control pulsed laser radiation focusing; and a control computer configured to issue commands to the controlled components to execute the method steps. The method steps are: creation of a rear channel to facilitate lenticule back side separation from the eye, make a rear incision to form the back side of the lenticule, creation of a front channel to facilitate lenticule front side separation from the eye and make a front incision to form the front side of the lenticule. The tangible machine readable media for the refractive correction device comprise a recorded machine code that, when executed by the computer, accomplishes the method steps.
