FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to traumatology and orthopedics. Patient's mesenchymal stem cells are sampled, growing of autologous chondrocyte. Hop execution within one operation: arthroscopy, during which the cartilage defect size, performance of its shaving until "bloody bleeding". Cartilage defect is further scanning results of which is displayed on monitor. One performs 3D bioprinting of cartilage on the basis of the obtained model defect in a three-dimensional coordinate system, implantation of which is carried out by means of Arthroscopic or arthroscopic associated equipment.
EFFECT: method provides for closing defects of any size and shape, with complete recovery of congruence of the joint.
