FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for lubrication of gears. Lubricating device of gearing contains secondary lubricating pinion engaged with lubricated tooth-wheel and immersed in oil bath. Part of body of each tooth of the secondary lubricating pinion adjacent to its lateral surface is cut by two planes: one plane of cutting tooth throughout its width and height in parallel to radial plane of symmetry of tooth and perpendicular to its ends. Second plane is directed from line of intersection of non-working side surface of teeth space circumference perpendicular to radial plane of symmetry of tooth. Part of body of tooth lubricating pinion adjacent to its working side surface and both ends of teeth is cut symmetrically relative to circumferential plane of symmetry of tooth, with preservation of part working side surface of tooth throughout height of tooth, six planes: two planes are directed from tooth top from the line of intersection of top with radial plane of symmetry to dedendum circle of gears at intersection of working side surface of tooth to this circle. Two planes are directed from line of intersection of working side surface of teeth space circumference. Two planes parallel to ends of tooth and dissected throughout height at equal distance from radial plane of symmetry of tooth.
EFFECT: higher quality of lubrication is enabled.
