FIELD: engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used in tooth gears. Gear transmission comprises interfaced twin gears, each consisting of a body and a toothed crown with teeth. Each tooth of each wheel has a part of the head from the side of the tooth apex, along its width, within the portions of the lateral surfaces with a meshing, large one-pair, on the side of both ends of the tooth, symmetrically cut with the remainder of the uncut head part at the center of the tooth width. Width of the uncut portion is equal to the quotient of the division of the head width by the value of the engagement multiplicity. Both cutouts are formed by two planes parallel to the plane of rotation of the wheel and adjacent to the uncut portion of the width of the tooth head, and one cylindrical surface coaxial to the wheel whose radius is less than the radius of the circumference of the vertices of the ring gear of the wheel.
EFFECT: providing higher quality of lubrication process of gear transmission.
