Device has series-connected sensors and functional converters supercharging pressure, at the inlet of the turbo-compressor and its dilution, analogue-to-digital converter, a soil hardness, set communication coefficient, coefficients of moisture and soil hardness, indicators of hardness, soil moisture and soil hardness with due allowance for moisture content, crankshaft angular speed sensors and turbo compressor rotor, tachometer generator and counter angular marks of the cylinder, functional converters crankshaft angular speed and rotor , number of pulses in voltage, a differentiator, a sensor and a pulse former TDC, an analogue switch TDC, setter of angular mark cycle, null device, tunable resonant filter, a gate former, an analogue switch cylinders, setter of numbers of angular marks cylinders, first and second average rectified meters, maximum and mean-square values, first to fourth switches, a double differentiator, a meter of current and voltage generator, series-connected receiver thermal radiation of soil, consisting of a line of pyroelectric infrared sensors , function generators, an adder-balancing tank, a digital voltmeter and a soil moisture, a soil hardness with due allowance for moisture content.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of determining hardness of any non-homogeneous soils with due allowance for their moisture content for tillage machines.
