FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biodegradable particles for medical application, consisting of triblock copolymer of A1-B-A2 type, where each of A1 and A2 denotes biodegradable block copolymer composed by monomers containing glycolic acid, lactic acid and 6-hydroxy-caproic acid, where in said biodegradable block copolymer the share of structure generated from glycolic acid ranges from 10 to 30%, share of structure generated from lactic acid is not more than 65% and share of structure generated from 6-hydroxy-caproic acid ranges from 25 to 85%, and B means water-soluble block polymer, and to material for embolisation of vessels.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides improved flexibility of particles, reduced aggregation between particles and improved capacity of shape recovery in particles after compression.
