SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at development of a biodegradable material with improved ability for decomposition in biological medium, high restorability of shape after deformation of material and improved elasticity. Biodegradable material, which is a chemical bond cross-linked product of a multivalent compound A, which includes 3 or more functional groups X, for example, hydroxyl groups, a multivalent compound B, which includes 3 or more functional groups Y, for example carboxyl groups, as well as a compound C, having a structure derived hydroxycarboxylic acid, homopolymer, which obtained by homopolymerisation, has a glass transition temperature of -40 °C or lower.
EFFECT: invention also relates to materials for embolisation of vessels, wound dressing, to material which prevents urinary incontinence, anti-adhesive material, which consist of said biodegradable material.
