FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fusing and sealing piston rings in package. Device for fusing piston rings in package mandrel 1 comprises fixed flange 2 and cylindrical shaft 3 with thread for axial compression piston ring pack 4 through 5 nut 7 movable flange. For radial compression package with tie bolts of piston rings 5 of its outer surface is covered by a flexible elastic steel band 8 of circle 10 and nuts 11. Between flexible resilient steel belt 8 and piston rings 5 are arranged in twisted steel expanders 12 form circular rings. Between flexible resilient steel belt 8 and piston rings 5 arranged twisted steel dilators as circular rings 12, allowing piston rings to provide adhesion to mandrel compressive elastic steel band 8.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase durability and reliability of seal assemblies by making piston and sealing rings with required calculated radial pressures on their circumference.
