FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to applied medicine, nutrition science, obesity, metabolic syndrome and other diseases with overweight. First, method includes determining patient's psychotpe from: receptive-target educational, narcissistically-sublimating, incongruent-affective, autistic-anhedonic, sthenic-altruistic, hyperthymic-suppressive, depending on which recommendation is made for further weight loss process. Second step includes is making a food diary, detoxification of body with observance of diet, motivation of weight reduction and getting rid of negative emotions, performing physical and respiratory exercises in accordance with psychotype. At first patient drinks once in morning on an empty stomach salt solution with pH 5.5 containing potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, chlorine, sulphur, carbon, total volume of 3-4.5 l with 200 ml every 5-10 minutes, wherein method includes successively excluding certain food products, listed in patent claim, first to seventh day, and on eight to tenth day - gradually returning products into diet. Exercised performed are “Fundamentals of diaphragmatic breathing”: standing up, back straight, feet shoulder width apart, knees bent, circular motion of his shoulders forward, up, back down; palm thighs during one respiratory cycle at a fixed back and chest; breath, lowered his head without opening his mouth, slowly raise your head, inhale nose to inflate the abdomen, keep head straight, look ahead, chest and shoulders during inspiration not move, did not occur to throw back 3 small breaths nose to retract stomach, not inflating abdomen, thorax motionless; opened mouth, exhale, gently pulling stomach to spine, starting from lower part of muscle contraction abdominal diaphragm displacement of air from lungs to its release through mouth; 3 diaphragmatic exhalation through mouth with each exhale, pulling stomach in, forcing out remaining air, a breath to inflate abdomen with 3 exhalations tightening abdomen and exhale with deflation of abdomen, 3 exhalations to blow out belly, breath-holding for 3 seconds at a tight stomach. Next - stretching exercises, alternating with breathing, respectively claims, selecting a mode of exercise according to patient's psychotype. After detoxification, regardless of psychotype patient alternates 7-10-day diet reduced, basic balanced diet, fasting days. At third stage - physiotherapy from group of lipolysis, cryolipolysis, ultrasonic fat destruction, vacuum therapy, myostimulation, receiving dietary supplements containing chromium, zinc, carnitine, combined with herbal extracts with a soothing, choleretic, diuretic, laxative effect; exercise outdoors. Fourth stage: monitoring patient's weight changes. Fifth step: test ability of patient to correctly draw up nutrition program based on calorie balance and rationality.
EFFECT: method provides a high efficiency correction and normalisation of overweight with long retention result.
