SUBSTANCE: invention relates to television monitoring, which is computer system according to panoramic television scanning by made using the technology of charge coupled devices (CCD) single-line circular photodetector monochrome (black-and-white) or color image sensor, having several “circular” photosensitive lines. Result is achieved by using photodetector single-line circular monochromatic sensor or “low-line” circular colour sensor by mechanical scanning in perpendicular direction relative to fixed plane of panoramic image of lens.
EFFECT: technical result is maintaining (keeping unchanged) of elevation angle parameters and elimination of passive pixels.
