FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for identification of soya bean lecithin. Invention consists in fact that sample is taken of lecithin mass (10±0.02) g, preparation of sample is performed by temperature control at temperature 60 °C for 1 h, after which sample is placed in the pulse sensor of lecithin NMR analyser and spin-spin relaxation time is measured first components of lecithin (T21) in milliseconds, lecithin is referred to soy, if spin-spin relaxation of first components of lecithin (T21) is in range of 169-188 ms.
EFFECT: reduced time and avoiding use of organic solvents and toxic chemicals.
