FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of porous filtration materials for filtration of fluids, gases and other separation processes. Substrate represents a metal screen with meshes of 2-10 mcm and depth of not over 200 mcm whereon sublayer of metal ply is applied, mean particle size not exceeding 10 mcm, metal powder on the screen is dried and sintered. Formed substrate is provided with selective ply is applied thereon in depth not over 10 mcm with mean pore sizes not over 0.2 mcm and consisting of the mix composition of ceramic powders with means particle size not over 0.2 mcm to be dried. Produced material is annealed at temperature equal to 0.5-0.7 of fusion point of fusible component of ceramic powder mix composition.
EFFECT: higher porosity and flexibility of filtering material.
