FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of porous filtration materials for filtration of fluids, gases and other separation processes. Proposed method comprises producing selective layer of ceramics with thickness not exceeding 10 mcm and mean size of pores not exceeding 0.2 mcm on porous metal substrate. To produce said selective layer, powder suspension of selective layer material is applied on substrate, mean particle size not exceeding 0.5 mcm, and dried thereafter. Then, selective layer is rolled to substrate to be impregnated with water solution of 7.5 wt % of K2Cr2O7 and 2.5 wt % of Na2MoO4. Now, drying is performed at 200°C and sintering is made at temperature making 0.3-0.4 of powder fusion temperature.
EFFECT: higher stability of selective layer in filtration of aggressive media.
