FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to surgery. Surgical tip comprises insert, made with possibility of detachable attachment to tip, and this insert is made with possibility of eye fluid aspiration and tissue through it during surgical intervention and has possibility of removal from tip for replacement of insert and providing access to insert for sterilization, insert comprises deformable tab made capable to be located in holes of tip, tip comprises groove in its body to accommodate said inserts; aspiration channel, located on one axis with above groove in housing of tip, thereby providing possibility of eye fluid aspiration and tissue at specified aspiration channel and in insert; and detachable valve. Method of extracting tissue during endoscopic procedure involves introduction of cutter in body part for cutting tissue and for its extraction using said device.
EFFECT: group of inventions improves possibility of cleaning and sterilization of device.
