FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to control the endodontic treatment of permanent teeth. Examination is performed on cone-beam computed tomography “Picasso Trio” with EzImplant program. Computerised tomography processes an image and transmits it to computer. Further examination is recorded on a disk and sent to doctor. Upon opening disk, EzImplant program is launched automatically. There are four active windows of object images: upper and lower jaws in frontal-coronal view, sagittal view sagittal, axial-axial view projections and 3D-reconstruction of object. Set thickness section maxillofacial tissues of patient in 1 mm for all active Windows of image. Method then includes selecting for operation of image of examined tooth in active window: in axial projection-axial view and set type of image of root canal lumen in a sagittal projection-sagittal view and/or frontal projection-coronal view using active axis plane in axial projection-axial view until obtaining a clear image of location of root canal of tooth in sagittal view and/or coronal view. Mouse cursor is then placed in active window sagittal view and/or coronal view and button enter on keyboard is removed axis. On left in menu in Measure section activated function Angle-measuring angles by pressing main mouse button menu automatically activated section Tool Options, in which selected angle measurement method 4-Point Click - on 4 points. Mouse cursor is installed above crown teeth using furcation point of tooth root and mouse button is obtained first point of first line (point 1), first line through root furcation and brought behind tooth mouse button is pressed to mark second point of first line (point 2) to obtain line No. 1-longitudinal axis of tooth. By pressing mouse button above crown of tooth, obtaining first point of second line (point 3) and a line, being at mouth of root canal through root canal to point of maximum curvature of root canal, a second point of second line (point 4). Lines with continuity between them. Function Angle is switched off, activation of all four points of angular structure and their position is specified to obtain final value of angle enter (glide path) into root canal in degrees relative to longitudinal axis of tooth, which computer program calculates automatically. Taking into account angle between longitudinal axis of the tooth and first line (coronary artery) section of root canal is determined direction enter endodontic instrument and its position in conical (funnel-shaped) input of root canal and displaced towards hanging above mouth of solid tissues and prevent free sliding along root canal walls.
EFFECT: method, by measuring angle between the longitudinal axis of tooth and first line (coronary artery) section of root canal, enables to create access to coronal part of root canal with minimum loss of solid tissue crown for qualitative endodontic treatment.
