FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for reduction of the number of errors and complications of endodontic treatment of permanent teeth. Check study is performed with the help of a cone-beam computed tomograph with EzImplant program. Computer tomograph processes an image and transmits it to the computer. In the program there are four active windows with object images, opening by default as follows: teeth of upper and lower jaws in frontal-coronal view, sagittal view, axial view projections and 3D-reconstruction of the object; at that, three projections are used for work. It is necessary to set the thickness of the section of the patient's maxillofacial tissues equal to 1 mm for all active windows of the image. Then it is necessary to select for work the image of the examined tooth in the active window: in axial projection-axial view, and to adjust the type of the image of the root canal lumen in a sagittal projection-sagittal view and/or frontal projection-coronal view using active axes of the plane in the axial projection-axial view until obtaining a clear image of the location of the root canal of tooth in sagittal view and/or coronal view. Then it is necessary to put the mouse cursor in the active window with sagittal view and/or coronal view, and to press button “enter” on the keyboard to remove the axes. On the left, in the program menu in Measure section, it is necessary to activate Angle function - measurement of angles by pressing the main mouse button. Automatically in the program menu there is activated section “Tool Options”, in which it is necessary to select angle measurement “4-Point Click” -at 4 points. Then it is necessary to move the mouse cursor above the tooth crown using as the orienting point the point of the tooth roots furcation, and to receive the first point of the first line - point 1; the first line is drawn through the roots furcation and outside the tooth limits; then it is necessary to mark, bey pressing on the main mouse button, the second point of the first line - point 2, and to receive line No. 1 - the tooth longitudinal axis. Then, it is necessary to press the main mouse button with the cursor over the tooth crown in order to obtain the first point of the second line-point 3; after that, it is necessary to draw a line with reference to the mouth of the root canal through the root canal gap to the point of maximum curvature of the root canal maximum curvature - the first section of the root canal, in order to obtain the second point of the second line - point 4; at that, the lines must be nonseparable. Then it is necessary to switch Angle function, to activate all four points of the angular structure and to update their position obtaining the final value in degrees of the angle between the line of direct access to the mouth of the root canal and the longitudinal axis of the tooth, which computer program calculates automatically. Taking into account the angle of the ratio of the line of direct access to the mouth of the root canal to the longitudinal axis of the tooth, it is necessary to select tool for creation of a direct access to the mouth of the root canal during preparation for endodontal treatment of the root canal. If the line of direct access on the computer tomogram is not projected on the edge of the roof of pulp chamber, it is necessary to perform grooving of the mouth of the root canal according to the direction of the line of the direct access in order to remove hanging solid tissue limiting the entrance into the root canal. If the line of the direct access on the computer tomogram is projected on the edge of the roof of the pulp chamber, it is necessary to perform grooving of solid tissue of the pulp chamber roof edge for a required value only within a projection of the application of the straight line without affecting other parts of the access cavity wall parts; afterwards, it is necessary to perform grooving of the mouth of the root canal for creation of the line of direct access into the root canal.

EFFECT: method, due to repeated activation of all elements of the angular structure and correction of the position of points and lines of the angular structure, allows to reduce the volume of the tooth solid tissue loss and to improve the accuracy of calculation of the direct access line.
