FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to composition for treating anal fissures. Using composition containing at least one protein hibiscus extract for treating anal fissures. Method of preparing composition, involving: melting conditioning agent; mixed solvent, air-conditioning agents, preferably fountain air-conditioning agents, chelating agents and/or stabilising emulsifying agents with initial molten materials; addition of at least one extract of hibiscus in above produced mixture; addition of at least one beta-glucan.
EFFECT: composition described above is effective for treating anal fissures.
