FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: process is carried out by comprehensive studies for the diagnosis of local immuno-cytological failure nasal-associated lymphoid tissue in a number of qualitative and quantitative immuno-cytological indicators of the overall cytogram and partial cytogram lymphocytes and determination in the age groups of diagnostic criteria corresponding to a value greater than (>) or less than (<) boundary values of confidence intervals of each test immuno-cytological index and followed by the establishment of three degrees of immuno-deficiency cytological NALT system. At the same I-th degree is diagnosed with a decrease in performance or 6-8 25.0-33.3% of the total number of indicators; II-th degree - 9-18 performance or 37,5-75,0%, III-th degree - performance or 79.2-100.0% 19-24. Confidence intervals are used with 95% accuracy.
EFFECT: invention can be effectively used in the laboratory diagnosis method in identifying local immuno-cytological failure in the nasal associated lymphoid tissue (NALT).
