FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to traumatology and orthopedics. Method includes surgical access to defect, defect is filled biotransplant and wound surface is closed. Biotransplant is three-dimensional osteotransplant obtained as a result of directed osteogenic differentiation of three-dimensional chondral graft from cultured chondroblasts and intercellular matrix. In particular, filling of defect with osteotransplant is performed so that osteotransplant is adjacent to defect edges along whole surface of cavity of defect.
EFFECT: method provides more effective recovery of bone tissue due to fast bone tissue regeneration in volume of defect.
