SUBSTANCE: what is described is a method for producing a three-dimensional bone graft consisting in osteogenic differentiation of plastic material, wherein the plastic material is presented with a three-dimensional chondral graft made from cultured chondroblasts and intercellular matrix, whereas the osteogenic differentiation is ensured by the target differentiation of the three-dimensional chondral graft The graft with osteogenic potencies meets all the requirements of bio-, histocompatibility and mechanical strength for correction and replacement of bone defects.
EFFECT: bone defect replacement and bone injury correction.
