SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flow measurement, in particular, to a system of flow measurement by means of spatial crossing of multiple paths of reception-transmission with each other inside a pipeline. The substance of the invention: the ultrasonic system of flow measurement according to this invention determines the central part of the fluid medium flow with the help of spatial crossing of multiple paths of reception-transmission with each other in the space inside the pipeline, and calculates the rate of the flow passing in the pipeline and corresponding to the central part of the flow, which provides for the more accurate measurement of the flow rate, compared to the available method.
EFFECT: invention provides for the minimisation of error introduced by pipeline vibration.
