FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process for preparing dicyclopentadiene-containing fraction of C5-fraction of pyrolysis, distillation purification comprising C5-fraction at atmospheric pressure, dimerization C5-fraction and subsequent two-step fractionation of dimerisation product: in an atmospheric distillation column and vacuum distillation column. Method is characterized in that raw material C5-fraction of a pyrolysis of naphtha and gas mixture feed at a weight ratio of from 1:9 to 9:1 with a total content of C5-hydrocarbons of 80 to 95 wt.%, including from 7 to 15 wt.% of cyclopentadiene, of purified light and heavy impurities in the distillation column efficiency of 10-20 theoretical plates to achieve a total concentration C5-hydrocarbons 99.84-99.95 wt.%, including cyclopentadiene 13.60-17.68 wt.%, at a temperature of 68-70 cube°C and a reflux ratio of 0.2-1.0, and fractionation of the dimerization product in the atmospheric distillation column is conducted at a bottom temperature of 78-80°C and a reflux ratio of 0.3-0.5. Invention provides an increase in the total yield dicyclopentadiene-containing fraction in the target flow to 89.8% with a concentration of the basic substance in the range from 90 to 97 wt.% co-dimers of cyclopentadiene at a concentration of not more than 3.28 wt.% And increased manufacturability due to the process of reducing metal equipment.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the total output dicyclopentadiene-containing fraction; increasing the manufacturability of the process by reducing metal equipment.
