FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: perform endoscopic examination of oesophagus in children with chemical burns of oesophagus. On 7-10th day from moment of burn oesophageal mucosa and sub-mucous membrane are endoscopically inspected in narrow-spectrum mode. Degree of injury is evaluated using obtained image. In absence of vessels in submucosal layer development of focal dysplasia and formation of post-burn scars are predicted.

EFFECT: method provides higher prediction accuracy of formation of post-burn scars of oesophagus in children, well-timed corrected in treatment ensured by visual estimation of degree of local architectonics disturbance.
