FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry, particularly to films and coatings of catalytically active in visible spectrum of solar radiation. Described is a photocatalytic coating in the form of composite material. Composite material consists of two layers applied on the substrate. Layers include polyvinyl butyral and dispersed particles of the Photocatalyst. Photocatalyst is nanosized powder protonated potassium polytitanate modified compounds of transition metals. Content of photocatalyst in the first layer of coating deposited directly on the surface of the substrate is 5-20 wt%, and in the second layer deposited on the first layer-80-86 wt%.
EFFECT: technical result is production of composite material with high adsorption and photocatalytic activity in the visible region of solar radiation.
