FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of fire fighting equipment and is intended for use in automatic fire extinguishing systems by generating a high-speed polydisperse foam in a smoke-fogging environment when blocking high-speed products with high-speed polydisperse foam. Generator of polydisperse high-density foam contains a body, a distributing and directing device. Body is made in the form of a prismatic shell, and on one side a distributor of a foam solution is connected to the body, which is made in the form of vertically arranged at least one inlet pipeline with support and network flanges for connection to the fire extinguishing liquid solution system of the foaming agent. Perpendicular to the input pipeline, horizontally placed at least two additional pipelines rigidly connected to it with plugs at both ends. Distributor of the foam solution fits into the inner contour of the housing. Diameters of the internal cavities of the inlet and additional pipelines are equal to each other. Cavities are interconnected. To the internal cavities of the inlet and additional pipelines are connected on the side of the casing shell and parallel to its axis: short, medium and long ones ending with injectors. Nozzles are oriented to the guiding sieve device, which consists of three coaxial arranged pyramidal shells in the form of generating grids: external, intermediate and internal. Each of the shells comprises a wire frame from two bases of square shape and lateral edges of a truncated pyramidal surface. Outer shell is fixed to the casing by the bigger base. Its second smaller base is simultaneously a large base of the intermediate shell with lateral ribs. Its smaller base is simultaneously a large base of the inner shell with a smaller base. Generating grids in the form of truncated pyramidal surfaces are arranged so that all their vertices lay on the axis coinciding with the casing axis. Direction of the vertices of the outer and the inner generating grids is the same. Vertex of the intermediate generating grid is directed opposite to the vertices of the external and internal generating grids, and toward the distributor of the foam solution. Each of the nozzles comprises a cylindrical hollow body with a fluid supply channel, a threaded portion and a garter belt cutter. In the lower part of the cylindrical hollow body with a channel for supplying liquid, a hollow conical swirler is fixed. Conical shell of the swirler is fixed between the perforated disk separating the cylindrical hole and the diffuser and a perforated disk fixed to the sheath of the cylindrical chamber to the body on which the lower part of the hollow conical swirler is supported. On the surface of the hollow cone swirler a screw thread is made.
EFFECT: technical effect: higher efficiency of spraying a fire-fighting liquid solution of a foaming agent (a high-expansion polydisperse foam).
