SUBSTANCE: method comprises selecting, from a plurality of weather information elements which relate to regions and moments in time and which include at least temperature data, a plurality of weather information sets relating to a plurality of moments in time during a fixed period, relating to the first region comprising the location in which a device for using air is placed; solving, using the selected plurality of weather information sets as input data, differential equations which express weather information based on analysis models used to model weather; generating a plurality of the first weather information sets in a local region, relating to a plurality of the second regions which are located within the first region and which are smaller than the first region; selecting the second weather information set in the local region, relating to the second region, which comprises the location of the device for using air among the generated plurality of the first weather information sets in the local region; generating the distribution of the cumulative frequency of temperature or the distribution of the probability of exceeding temperature during the fixed time period using data on temperature contained in the second weather information set in the local region in order to calculate the design temperature of the device for using air.
EFFECT: weather forecasting.
