FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of banknotes. Apparatus comprises an apparatus for deposit/withdrawal of banknotes for the reception and delivery of banknotes from the user and for him; banknote recognition unit for recognizing notes and read the serial numbers of the banknotes; note storage unit. Banknotes made to the unit deposit/withdrawal bill delivered from the delivery unit in the storage of banknotes through the banknote recognition unit. Control unit controls the deposit / withdrawal bill recognition unit banknote storage unit banknotes and route of delivery so that if a transaction is made by the user fails after making banknotes, banknotes with the same serial numbers as the serial numbers, few means of recognition unit banknotes extracted from the banknote storage unit and delivered to the application unit / withdrawal of banknotes by delivery route.
