SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for prevention of hypertrophic scars in treating phlegmons of soft tissues. That is ensured by daily histological examination of impression smear and laboratory examination type of acetylation. For acetyl activity more than 30 % and observing phase II wound process, a system of conservative therapy involves local application of Egallohit ointment for 5 days, and if phase III wound process is observed - phonophoresis of Contractubex gel for 5 days. For acetyl activity from 30 up to 20 % and observing phase II wound process system of conservative therapy involves local application of Egallohit ointment for 7 days, and if phase III wound process is observbed - phonophoresis of Contractubex gel for 7 days, and then electrophoresis of Caripazim 350 PE for 7 days. For acetyl activity of less than 20 % and observing phase II wound process system of conservative therapy involves introduction of Longidase in 1.0 ml intramuscularly 1 time in 3 days in amount of 10 injections, local application of Egallohit ointment for 10 days, and if phase III wound process is observed - phonophoresis of Contractubex gel for 10 days, then electrophoresis of Caripazim 350 PE for 10 days, laser therapy for 10 minutes for 5 days.

EFFECT: reducing rate of formation of hypertrophic scars due to prevention of excessive scarring, elimination of inflammation and stimulating repair taking into account patient's individual characteristics with respect to excess scarring.
