SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to select a therapeutic approach in patients with intermuscular femoral phlegmon. Method comprises simultaneous invasive measurement of tissue pressure of three muscles in anterior, inner and posterior regions of thigh of affected extremity (P_1a.t+P_2a.t+P_3a.t), and then three identical muscles of anterior, internal and posterior regions of a healthy extremity (P_1h.t+P_2h.t+P_3h.t). Difference (R) of the sum of these values is calculated. If R is 10 to 20 mm Hg, a Z-shaped fasciotomy of the rectus muscle of the anterior femur is performed. If R is 20 to 30 mm Hg, Z-shaped fasciotomy of rectus muscle of anterior region and Z-shaped fasciotomy of greater adductor muscle of inner thigh are performed. If R is 30 mm Hg and higher, Z-shaped fasciotomy of rectus muscle of anterior region, Z-shaped fasciotomy of greater adductor muscle of internal region is performed and a Z-shaped fasciotomy of the muscle of the fascia lata of the posterior thigh. Length of each of the cuts making the letter "Z" is 4 cm.

EFFECT: method enables improving the course of reparative processes, reducing the risk of developing immediate postoperative complications, as well as complications of the remote postoperative period due to the possibility of timely determining the clinical course of acute tissue hypertension syndrome and adjusting the tactics of decree of patients with intermuscular femoral phlegmon, to perform not only opening of suppurative focus, but also by index of tissue pressure of healthy and affected thigh, to perform decompression fasciotomy.
