With tissue pressure difference (R₃) of healthy and affected areas from 30 mm Hg and higher and detection of phase III of wound process, complex of conservative therapy is supplemented with decompressive fasciotomy of fascial compartment of affected area of two longitudinal incisions with length of each of 4.0 cm, one of the incisions is carried out along the lateral one, and the other incision is made along the medial edge of the area. Intravenous introduction of Cocarboxylase 200.0 ml once day for 14 days, intravenous introduction of Lazix 20,0 ml once day for 3 days. If the difference in the tissue pressure of the healthy and affected area is 20 mm Hg and higher and phase III of wound process, all patients undergo hyperbaric oxygenation once day for 7 days.

EFFECT: technical result is higher clinical effectiveness in phlegmon soft tissues.
