SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method for cell therapy of age-related changes of skin, involving the use of cultured autologous skin fibroblasts by intradermal administration, characterised by that the number of once administered into the patient cells varies from 10×106 to 30×106, the single volume of the introduced preparation - 1-3 ml, while the cells are introduced in the patients by means of “papula” for big wrinkles, for chipping small wrinkles or uniformly on the area of problem zone by microinjections, whereupon injections are is repeated 2-4 times with 7-10-day intervals.
EFFECT: invention provides faster and more efficient correction of age-related changes of skin.
