FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a method of preparing a rubber mixture containing at least one rubber component (A), selected from natural rubbers and diene synthetic rubbers, filler containing inorganic filler (B), silane binding agent (C) and vulcanisation accelerator (D), in which rubber mixture is mixed in several steps, rubber component (A), all or part of inorganic filler (B), all or part of silane binding agent (C) and vulcanisation accelerator (D) is added and mixed at first mixing step, and specific energy of mixing at first step is 0.05-1.50 kW·h/kg, wherein specific energy is determined by dividing power consumed by motor of mixer at first mixing step by total weight of rubber mixture, wherein rotation speed of mixer blades at first step is 30-90 rpm, vulcanisation accelerator (D) is at least, one vulcanisation accelerator, selected from guanidines, sulphenamides, thiazoles, thiurams, dithiocarbamates, thioureas and xanthates, and inorganic filler (B) is at least one filler selected from silicon dioxide and carbon black. Also disclosed is a version of method of preparing rubber mixture.
EFFECT: technical result consists in preparing a rubber mixture with low heat release and with good wear resistance.
