SUBSTANCE: peripheral blood of the individuals being examined is analysed to determine an IgE concentration and absolute CD23+ lymphocyte count. If the CD23+ count is more than 0.6×109 cell/l, the risk of immediate-type hypersensitivity (ITH) formation is considered identified.
EFFECT: using the claimed method allows to increase the efficiency of immediate-type hypersensitivity formation.
