SUBSTANCE: in method realisation into acetate-ammonia buffer solution with pH 7,0-7,8 Twin-80 is added to concentration 1·10-2 M, terbium Tb3+ salt to concentration 1·10-3 M, medication trioctylphosphinoxide to concentration 1·10-4 M; solution is irradiated by radiation with wavelength λexc=347 nm, and presence of fluorescence at wavelength λfl=545 nm is used to conclude about presence of flunixin Fluorescence intensity is measured additionally, with concentration of flunixin in medication being determined by the value of intensity with application of preliminarily obtained calibration graph or by method of standard additive.
